We also continually monitor the evolving privacy regulatory and legislative landscape to identify changes and determine what tools our customers might need to meet their compliance needs.
Does my data leave the building?
Your raw data doesn't. The agents run on a device inside your business, where the books already live. Raw data stays yours; what you see each morning is their observations, with the numbers behind them.
Do I have to enter anything?
No. Connectors read the systems you already run. Anything else, even a scanned handwritten invoice, you drop in a folder and the agents turn it into usable data.
What systems does it connect to?
The common ones a business already runs: accounting (including QuickBooks), point of sale, and inventory. You configure the connectors; you don't build anything.
What do the agents do at night?
They reconcile the business: sales, costs, invoices, payroll, and bank activity, pulled into one picture. By morning the tedious work is done.
What happens when something needs a judgment call?
The agents work to your rules. Anything outside them waits for your yes.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Never by us. Inkstamp does not use your data to train models, ours or anyone else's. The agents reason through an AI provider account that belongs to you, and that account's settings control what the provider may keep or train on. We help you configure it so the answer stays no.
