We strive to inform you of the privacy and data security policies, practices, and technologies we've put in place so you're never negatively surprised when it comes to your personal information. We also continually monitor the evolving privacy regulatory and legislative landscape to identify changes and determine what tools our customers might need to meet their compliance needs.
Does my data leave the building?
Yes, to one place: your own Inkstamp instance, hosted for your business alone and run by us. That is where the agents read your systems and do the reconciling. Only the data categories you've agreed to go beyond it, to your own AI account for the reasoning and to Inkstamp's cloud for the morning view, and your data is never mixed with another business's.
Do I have to enter anything?
No. Connectors read the systems you already run. Anything else, even a scanned handwritten invoice, you drop in a folder and the agents turn it into usable data.
What systems does it connect to?
The common ones a business already runs. Ledgers and accounting: QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, FreshBooks and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Point of sale: Toast, Square, Clover and Lightspeed. Payroll: Gusto, ADP, Paychex and Toast Payroll. Your bank connects through standard bank connections, nothing custom to build. Plus your inventory. If yours isn't listed, we connect it. You configure the connectors; you don't build anything.
How is Inkstamp priced, and what are the terms?
Inkstamp is billed per connected data stream, not per user or seat. Your agents run on your own AI account, paid directly to your provider, or on an approved local model. The standard term is 12 months. Covered hosted services carry a 99.9% monthly availability commitment under the published Service Level and Support Schedule.
How do I sign up for Inkstamp?
Book a call at inkstamp.ai and tell us about your business. Once you sign an Order Form under our published contracts, we set up a hosted instance for your business alone, with ready-made connectors for the systems you already run.
Where is Inkstamp based, and when was it founded?
Inkstamp.ai is made by Diorthos LLC, which was founded in 2026 and is based in Charleston, South Carolina.
What do the agents do at night?
They reconcile the business: sales, costs, invoices, payroll, and bank activity, pulled into one picture. By morning the tedious work is done.
What happens when something needs a judgment call?
The agents work to your rules. Anything outside them waits for your yes.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Never by us. Inkstamp does not use your data to train models, ours or anyone else's. The agents reason through an AI provider account that belongs to you, and that account's settings control what the provider may keep or train on. We help you configure it so the answer stays no.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can take it with you. While you're a customer, and for 30 days after your agreement ends (or longer if your Order Form says so), you can request a standard export of your data, your settings and your business's knowledge graph, in formats such as CSV, JSON and your original files. After that export period, Diorthos deletes your remaining active data within 30 days, unless you've agreed to keep certain records longer or the law requires it. Backups expire on their normal cycle and stay protected until they do. The details are in the Master Services Agreement (Sections 7.7 and 14.4) and the Data Processing and Security Addendum (Section 12).
